If we keep flooding them with gifts they are going to start buying, it is time tested and proven. That is as long as what we are giving away is of value to the customer. Some small business owners get confused with this principle. For example, it is ineffective and wrong according to this principle, to quote ‘Spend over $50 and get a free beach towel’. The offer is not free If the customer has to spend something to get the free product. The free item needs to come without any conditions for the priciple of reciprocation to be effective.
Here’s a few good examples of giving away stuff unconditionally, Lets say you own a small hotel in Fort Lauderdale!
